Ashley is a compassionate therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is currently pursuing her license as a Provisional Psychologist. With an integrative and holistic approach, she is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and cultivate meaningful change - fostering greater self-compassion, love, and acceptance in their lives.

Drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices, Ashley tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She supports clients in building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and aligning their lives with their core values.

Ashley has a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and self-exploration. Stephanie (she/her) understands the value of healing-in-connection with a trusted other and nurtures a collaborative therapeutic environment with individuals and couples. Believing that every person’s healing journey is unique, Stephanie works together with her clients to co-create a pathway that aligns with their personal goals–fostering deeper self-awareness, healing, healthy attachment, and lasting transformation.

Using a trauma-informed lens, Stephanie is adept at creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can be themselves. Her therapeutic approach is holistic, integrating the mind, body, and spirit. She draws from various modalities including Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment theory, Person-Centred, Existential, Gottman, Somatic, and Mindfulness practices to support clients in their unique journeys.

Angelo provides individual counselling for adolescence and adults. He works with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, grieving, self-esteem and various life obstacles. Angelo adopts a gentle and responsive approach to establish a safe and predictable environment for clients during counselling. His aim is to assist clients in developing a comprehensive understanding of themselves, achieving goals set out in therapy, and unlocking their potential. Angelo employs an eclectic therapeutic approach that consists of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Katrina Shaw has over a decade of experience working with a variety of client challenges, including relationship challenges (e.g. family conflict, polyamory/open, infidelity, sexuality, attachment patterns), anxiety, depression, identity concerns, life purpose, and transition.She has specialized experience in suicide bereavement, attachment, and trauma. Katrina has training in Emotions-Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, somatic attachment, sensorimotor therapy, NLP, and EMDR. Her training in attachment is rooted in rewiring the patterning of our interpersonal relationships, which directly impacts how we emotionally process and behave within our relationships. Masha integrates aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic interventions and attachment theories into her practice, tailoring each approach to address specific challenges such as family dynamics, grief, depression, anxiety and more.

Masha’s dedication to helping others extends to offering counselling in Russian, embracing the powerful role language plays in fostering deeper connections and more authentic healing. Having lived in various countries, she brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work, understanding the unique paths each individual walks.
