Angelo provides individual counselling for adolescence and adults. He works with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, grieving, self-esteem and various life obstacles. Angelo adopts a gentle and responsive approach to establish a safe and predictable environment for clients during counselling. His aim is to assist clients in developing a comprehensive understanding of themselves, achieving goals set out in therapy, and unlocking their potential. Angelo employs an eclectic therapeutic approach that consists of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Katrina Shaw has over a decade of experience working with a variety of client challenges, including relationship challenges (e.g. family conflict, polyamory/open, infidelity, sexuality, attachment patterns), anxiety, depression, identity concerns, life purpose, and transition.She has specialized experience in suicide bereavement, attachment, and trauma. Katrina has training in Emotions-Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, somatic attachment, sensorimotor therapy, NLP, and EMDR. Her training in attachment is rooted in rewiring the patterning of our interpersonal relationships, which directly impacts how we emotionally process and behave within our relationships.
