As we continue to explore ways to create change, we have decided to invite to our team, coaches who offer a different perspective in the mental health space and who are trained areas of energy work, mindset, spirituality, breathwork, self-mastery, and performance. It is our hope that if this feels aligned to you, that this offering is merely there for you to explore as an option for healing and self-exploration.
